Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or specific lines of business) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, create, and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of campaigns to ensure they meet deadlines and targets.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer support) to achieve campaign goals.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
- Track and report on marketing spend and ensure adherence to budget.
- Brand Management:
- Oversee the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Work with creative teams to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Use data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Experience working with creative teams and agencies.
Working Conditions:
- Primarily office-based with occasional travel to supplier sites or industry events.
- Flexible working hours may be required depending on project timelines.
