Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand recognition. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing a team, and collaborating with other departments to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development:
    • Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the entire organization (or specific lines of business) in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
    • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  2. Campaign Management:
    • Plan, create, and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media), content marketing, email marketing, and traditional marketing channels.
    • Manage the day-to-day implementation of campaigns to ensure they meet deadlines and targets.
  3. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product development, customer support) to achieve campaign goals.
  4. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment (ROI).
    • Track and report on marketing spend and ensure adherence to budget.
  5. Brand Management:
    • Oversee the brand’s positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
    • Work with creative teams to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s vision and objectives.
  6. Analytics & Reporting:
    • Use data analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts and improve conversion rates.
  7. Market Research:
    • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
    • Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in marketing
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to analyze data and trends to inform strategy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  • Experience working with creative teams and agencies.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel to supplier sites or industry events.
  • Flexible working hours may be required depending on project timelines.
